Walk in service only; time permitting.

The FREE heart health screenings include screenings for cholesterol, blood sugar (diabetes), body mass index (BMI), and waist measurement.  Receive test results in just 15 minutes.  All ages welcome they will take the last patient 15 minutes before close.
